Summary:
Smartfren launched the nationwide “100% untuk Indonesia” campaign to promote digital inclusion through their new “Paket Kuota 100” data plan. The goal was to make communication technology more accessible across the country. Our team was tasked with crafting visual assets that would effectively communicate this mission to a broad, diverse audience.
Methodology Used:
Agile with weekly internal reviews and iteration cycles. Using Trello, the team managed tasks in stages—To Do, In Progress, Review, Completed—to streamline motion graphic production and feedback integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed the end-to-end creative production process for motion graphics and illustrations.
Translated campaign goals into a compelling visual narrative.
Coordinated with illustrators and motion designers to ensure consistency and alignment with Smartfren’s brand identity.
Oversaw timely delivery of assets for deployment across digital channels.
Challenge & Solutions:
The challenge was delivering a campaign that balanced informative messaging with mass appeal. A traditional campaign would not capture attention or reflect the impact of the mission. We responded by using dynamic motion graphics and animated storytelling—making complex ideas more engaging and relatable across demographics.
