Kalir is a logistics company offering reliable, worry-free global shipping to Indonesia. As Project Manager, I led the development and execution of their social media strategy to reinforce Kalir’s core values: transparency, reliability, and customer-centric service. The goal was to increase brand awareness and build trust through consistent, value-driven content.
Methodology Used:
Kanban-based Agile approach using Trello to manage task flow across stages: To Do, In Progress, Review, Completed. Regular internal check-ins and monthly evaluations ensured alignment on content quality and performance.

Managed a creative team of designers and writers in producing engaging, on-brand content.
Coordinated the content calendar and publishing schedule based on campaign priorities and business goals.
