Summary:
The MySiloam App campaign aimed to relaunch the app as a user-friendly healthcare platform designed to streamline the experience for Siloam patients and the general public. My role as Creative Project Manager involved overseeing the entire campaign, from conceptualization and brainstorming to the final deliverables, including an animated video and poster designs.
Methodology Used:
Agile methodology, with a focus on iterative reviews and fast-tracking key deliverables using Trello to track progress and communicate feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Led the brainstorming sessions to define key messaging and creative direction for the campaign.
Managed the production of the campaign assets, including an animated video and promotional posters.
Coordinated with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the campaign stayed on schedule and met objectives.
Delivered all creative outputs with a focus on visual impact and user experience, aligning with the app’s branding.
Challenge & Solutions:
One of the challenges was creating an engaging animation video that communicated the app's features clearly while maintaining a compelling visual narrative. To address this, we focused on clear, concise storytelling, ensuring that the animation simplified complex concepts for easy understanding.
Results:
Successfully launched the MySiloam App campaign, which gained 1.8 million views on YouTube.
Elevated the app’s visibility, increasing awareness and engagement among existing and new users.
Enhanced the app’s brand image as a reliable and accessible healthcare solution for patients.
