Netra Space
Role: Creative Project Manager
Tools Used: Slack, Trello, Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, Google Workspace
Summary:
Netra is an IoT company offering solutions for remote field operations, using satellite and cellular connectivity to increase productivity and reduce idle assets. The project aimed to communicate their advanced technology—developed by an MIT graduate and ex-NASA engineer—in a way that was both accessible to blue-collar workers and persuasive for B2B clients.
Methodology Used:
Agile with a Kanban workflow. Tasks were organized and tracked in Trello using columns (To Do, In Progress, Queue, Review, Completed). Weekly check-ins with the founder ensured continuous alignment, rapid iteration, and timely feedback on visual deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Led the creative workflow for branding and visual communication assets.
Coordinated directly with the founder to align messaging and visual direction.
Managed the production of brochures, company profile, packaging, and an introductory explainer video.
Maintained timelines, organized review cycles, and ensured stakeholder feedback was integrated efficiently.
Challenge & Solutions:
The core challenge was simplifying the technical complexity of Netra’s offering while preserving its innovative identity. To overcome this, I facilitated a collaborative, iterative process—bridging the gap between technical language and user-friendly design by ensuring constant feedback between creative and technical stakeholders.
Results:
Delivered a set of clear, professional visual materials tailored to both investors and field operators.
Produced an explainer video that helped increase engagement on the website and aided in client conversations.
Successfully positioned Netra’s offering with a visual language that enhanced clarity, trust, and usability.
