Summary:
Created an engaging animated explainer video for Monika, an open-source synthetic monitoring app. The goal was to simplify complex technical concepts, drive user adoption, and increase understanding within the developer community.

Methodology Used:
Agile with iterative feedback loops using Trello for task management. Weekly check-ins ensured alignment with Monika's developers on key messaging, animation style, and technical accuracy. Google Slides was used for conceptual presentations and brainstorming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed the end-to-end project from initial concept development to final delivery.

• Collaborated with Monika's developers to define target audience, key messaging, and project scope.

• Translated technical documentation into an easy-to-understand script for the animation.

• Led brainstorming sessions to explore visual metaphors and determine the best approach to representing abstract concepts.

• Conducted regular reviews and revisions to ensure the final animation met client expectations.

Challenge & Solutions:
The challenge was translating complex technical concepts into simple, visually engaging content. This was solved by conducting in-depth research, creating a technical glossary, and utilizing visual metaphors to represent abstract ideas clearly. Iterative feedback from Monika’s developers helped ensure accuracy and clarity.
