Summary:
Dwicitra Property, a real estate developer, needed to establish a strong digital presence to engage with potential clients. As Project Manager, I led the creation of their social media accounts and continuously curated content that resonated with their target audience, building brand awareness and promoting their property offerings.
Methodology Used:
Kanban-style Agile approach, using Trello to track tasks through stages (To Do, In Progress, Review, Completed). The content calendar was maintained for timely and strategic posting, with monthly evaluations to assess engagement and optimize future content.
