Summary:
Siloam At Home, an extension of Indonesia's largest hospital chain, allows patients to receive healthcare services from experienced doctors at home. My role was to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that effectively communicated the benefits of the service, engaged patients, and built trust in the brand.

Methodology Used:
Agile approach with Trello to manage tasks, allowing for quick iterations and feedback from Siloam’s marketing team. Weekly evaluations ensured content was aligned with patient needs and the brand’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developed and executed a cohesive social media strategy to promote Siloam At Home.

• Coordinated content creation that included health education, service promotions, and interactive elements to drive patient engagement.
