Summary:
Led a six-month digital advertising campaign for Bank Sinarmas, focusing on performance marketing and creative optimization to drive app installs and web traffic. The campaign exceeded all key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic creative development, testing, and close cross-functional collaboration.


Methodology Used:
Agile with a performance-focused workflow. Weekly coordination with Bank Sinarmas’ internal marketing team and an external ad vendor ensured iterative improvements. A/B testing and rapid creative prototyping (using AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT) enabled fast decision-making and optimization.

  • Managed campaign timelines and deliverables for digital ad content across Meta platforms.

  • Oversaw development of visuals and copy, using AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT) to accelerate ideation and drafting.

  • Aligned creative direction with business goals in collaboration with Bank Sinarmas’ marketing team.

  • Worked with the performance marketing vendor to monitor metrics and execute real-time adjustments.

  • Conducted A/B testing on both visuals and ad copy to maximize engagement and conversion.


Challenge & Solutions:
The challenge was to generate high-performing ad creatives at scale while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external vendors. This was addressed through clear communication, market research, and a fast iteration process enabled by AI tools and weekly review sessions.
