Summary:
As Project Manager at WSE, I supported the marketing and branding efforts by overseeing the production of visual assets for various channels, including social media posts, digital banners, and offline marketing collateral. I ensured that each asset aligned with WSE’s tone, look, and campaign goals, while coordinating the creative process to ensure timely delivery.


Methodology Used:
I applied a Kanban workflow in Trello to manage the creative process. Tasks moved through To Do, In Progress, Review, and Completed stages, allowing the team to prioritize and track progress in real-time. This streamlined communication, ensured efficiency, and allowed for prompt feedback from stakeholders, keeping all projects on track.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinated closely with the internal marketing team to translate campaign objectives into clear and engaging visual assets.

  • Managed the design production process, including overseeing the creation of digital and offline marketing materials.

  • Ensured visual consistency across assets, making sure all designs adhered to WSE’s brand guidelines and supported key marketing goals.

  • Facilitated feedback and approval rounds, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure all design assets were finalized on time.

  • Used Trello to manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with campaign schedules and efficient task tracking.


Challenges & Solutions:

  • Managed high volumes of design requests within tight deadlines; utilized the Kanban method in Trello to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.

  • Coordinated multiple rounds of feedback across teams; streamlined the approval process by clearly defining task stages in Trello, reducing revision cycles.


Results:

  • Delivered over 30 visual assets, including digital banners, social media posts, and printed materials, supporting successful marketing campaigns and promotions monthly for 12-months.

  • Ensured brand consistency and cohesive storytelling across multiple channels, strengthening WSE’s brand presence.

  • Facilitated clear and timely communication within the team, ensuring assets were delivered on time and met campaign objectives.
